Payment
We accept most credit cards, Irish debit cards, cheques, bank drafts and postal orders. When you order with us by credit card, the account is not debited until we have dispatched the goods.

All items include VAT @ 23% where appropriate.

Delivery
Orders are delivered quickly. We dispatch all ordes the same working day if the order is received before 12 noon. Delivery to your preferred address is usually within 3 working days of our dispatch. Remember if you give us a business address delivery may be even faster. For remote homes in rural areas it may take 4 working days.
The charge to you for delivery & packaging is EURO-5.95 for each order regardless of the number of items in that order.

Returns
All our toys conform to the strict European safety standards and bear the CE mark. We are confident that customers will be happy with their purchases. However, if you wish to return or replace a product, please do so in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the order. (Note: the delivery charge is not refundable except in the case of faulty products).

Normal return policy exception: orders for personalised items that are made especially according to your specific details. We cannot resell a book once it has being prepared. As a result we are unable to offer refunds or allow cancellations of personalised orders.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the post. We recommend that customers get a "proof of posting certificate" from An Post to guarantee the package's safe return to us. Postage returns are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty products.

Privacy
When ordering on our website we ask customers to register their details with us. As part of that process we ask you if we can "use your details for promotional reasons" offering you the opportunity to decline our request.
We would like to use these details to post you our latest catalogue or inform you of special offers. We may in the future also make these details available to other companies whose products and services we think may be of interest to you.
If you do not wish to receive such offers, please e-mail us at info@mimitoys.ie including your name and address or phone us at 1890 520 025 (int +353 1 529 2297), and we will remove your details from these promotional activities.

Legal Statement
Mimitoys shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ethics statement - Child Labour
Mimitoys has spent a considerable amount of time researching their suppliers' chain of production. We can state that the companies that supply all our suppliers have signed anti child labour codes of practice or are members of professional bodies that only allow members who have signed similar anti child labour codes of practise eg British Toy & Hobbies Association (BTHA).
