Regular factory visits and audits are carried out to ensure no
child labour is used, that fair wages are paid (exceeding the minimum wage for
that country) and that workers have regulated hours. Finally Pintoy manufactures its toys using rubber wood from properly managed
plantations, where timber that is felled is quickly replanted.
