PlanToys follow its own stringent in-house safety, manufacturing and assembly standards, including the use of chemical-free wood, nontoxic paints, and safety-conscious ergonomic shapes. Their products comply with the European EN71 - Toy Safety Standards. 
PlanToys are made from non-chemically treated rubberwood from rubber trees that no longer provide latex.  Their felled trees are replanted with new ones.

Additionally PlanToy has initiated a work-generating plan which has significantly increased the local standard of living.
