How does the delivery arrive?
It arrives via An Post. When the order leaves our warehouse you will get an email with a tracking number and you can follow your Mimitoys order on www.anpost.ie. It usually is delivered by your local postman.
How do boxes arrive – is there photos or images of the toys on the side of the box?
Orders are delivered in plain cardboard boxes. No images or photos on the side but the boxes may have toy related text visible on the box. If this is an issue please call us at 046 955 8977 (INT +353 46 955 8977) or arrange a delivery address where there are no inquiring eyes.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered quickly. We dispatch all orders the same working day if the order is received before 12 noon. Delivery to your preferred address is normally 1/2 working days but count 4 to be absolutely safe. Note if you give us a business address delivery could be faster.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Ireland. Delivery is 2 euro per order (regardless of number of items).

Are the toys in stock and how long does it normally take to get delivered?
Toys that you can “add to basket” are in stock. Toys that are noted as out of stock are expected to come back into stock within 4 weeks. Toys that you saw previously on the website but can’t see now are either never coming back into stock, or will return into stock between 3 and 6 months time. All items featured on our site are on our shelves for delivery to your home within 3 – 4 working days. Some items may leave our supplier’s warehouse directly, in which case the lead time is 6/7 working days. Toys taking 6/7 working days are noted specifically in the description of that toy.
What payment methods do Mimitoys accept?
We accept online payments for Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Irish debit cards ie Laser Cards and Visa Debit. We can also accept cheques, bank drafts and postal orders. Please ring us on 046 955 8977 (INT +353 46 955 8977) if you want to pay using these non-card methods both to place an order and arrange postage of cheque, bank draft or postal order.
How secure are the Card Details I enter to complete my order?
All our credit card transactions are safely processed using Stripe.
What are your Returns Policies?
All our toys conform to the strict European safety standards and bear the CE mark. We are confident that customers will be happy with their purchases. However, if a customer should wish to return a toy, the toy has to be send back in its original packaging and in a resell-able condition within 30 days of reception of order.
Mimitoys are the Only on-line Toy Shop in Ireland that use www.returnmyshopping.ie. This means if you are unhappy with a toy that you bought. Simply rebox it, go onto www.returnmyshopping.ie, it’s an easy 3 step process, then print the postal label, attach it to the box and drop it to your local Post Office – at no charge.
Conditions – Toy must be in original undamaged packaging, unused and unassembled.
On our side when we get the toy(s) back we’ll issue a refund to you.
What happens to my details on your site?
When ordering on our mimitoys.ie we ask customers to register their details with us. As part of that process we ask you if we want to “Sign-Up to our Newsletter” offering you the opportunity to decline our request. We would like to use these details to inform you of Mimitoys.ie special offers. We have not, do not and will not share your information with any other outside organisation. If you do not wish to receive these Mimitoys offers, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your name and address or phone us at 0469558977, and we will remove your details from these Mimitoys promotional activities.
Where is my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse an email is sent to you with the tracking number and the web address where you can track. It gives approximate details as in if out for delivery, received into hub etc. Call Mimi at 0469558977 or email email@example.com if you need any information on your order.
